If it’s a bit of retail therapy you are looking for head to Atlantic Village or Barnstaple High Street and Green Lanes Shopping Centre for a varied selection of popular shops such as Marks and Spencer and Monsoon.
A 20-minute walk from the park and you will reach Ilfracombe, or you can opt for local transport as there is a bus stop outside the park entrance, offering regular services to Ilfracombe and Barnstaple.
Woolacombe itself is a lively village with great pubs, restaurants and shops. Mortehoe village adjoins Woolacombe and has plenty of restaurants/cafes and provides access to the coastal path.
